So now the surgery is over here in Ethiopia. The main bulk of the team have gone, and now I'm working through a myriad of gory graphic shots from the different operations. Most of them I'm not sure I can share on here, they'll have to wait until the full series goes up. For now though here's a couple of shots of Graham, one of the British surgeons who came out to operate.
